The 6th annual MAD World Summit is being held under the theme of “Working together to achieve a step change in employee mental health and wellbeing”. As Europe’s largest solutions-focused event, the summit is on a mission to eradicate the stigma around mental health in the workplace.

Chris will be sharing his insights and perspectives about today’s employers and employees who face unprecedented barriers when it comes to employee wellbeing and productivity as evidenced by record levels of absence, burnout, and lost productivity.
He will also touch on the scale of this challenge, requiring technology-enabled solutions that can provide personalised, responsive support to prevent poor health but also promote wellbeing and workplace performance.
